The internal design allows for even weight distribution so that the rail and fabric hang perfectly at the window. Sound Absorbing Insert Exclusive to Quantum®, the Ellipse Ultra Plus bottom rail features a rubber insert cleverly hidden on the back of the rail which helps to absorb any sound of the rail bumping against the window.
